JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Chief Financial Officer
Location: Oakland Park (100% in-office)
Salary Range: $150 - 175k + discretionary bonus

Responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer:
- Manage 5 accounting staff and provide mentorship
- Financial planning & strategy
- Oversee the day to day accounting tasks including AIA billing, AP, lien releases, etc.
- Manage the Master Project schedule
Qualifications of the Chief Financial Officer:
- EXPERT in the Construction industry
5+ years of CFO experience
