Position: Sales & Operations Specialist
Location: Mississauga, ON (Dixie/Eglinton area)
Pay rate: $35.00 to $40.00 per your
This is a one year placement and eligible for review/extension.
Overview:
A Sales & Operations Specialist is essential in supporting and enhancing a sales team’s performance through efficient sales processes and streamlined workflows.
This role focuses on managing and processing sales data, optimizing CRM systems like and providing strategic sales support. The Sales & Operations Specialist collaborates closely with stakeholders across departments, from sales representatives to business development teams, to create a more effective and data-driven sales environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide Month End Aging report of Open Deductions to Sales
- Provide weekly Open Deductions report to Sales and Brokers
- Deduction Process - Split of deductions and re-coding of deductions
- Creating of trade cheque payments in SAP
- Matching of approved deductions to promotions
- Work with External Sales Brokers on deduction backup/validation/approval/clearing
- Follow up with Sales to make sure the correct promotion Brand is selected
- Matching of approved deductions to SAP Rebates
- SAP - Settlement End to end processing
- Customer Portals for missing/extra details/disputes
- Deduction Process - providing backup from High Radius
- High Radius Training (Sales and customer service) and raise access for them
- Reconcile High Radius open deductions to match with SAP
- Follow up with A/R and Credit on deductions issues and repayments
- Ensure Post Audits are sent to KAMs
- Fines back up sent to Customer Service and follow up with Customer Service
- Tax reclass from Trade Deductions sent to A/R.
- Support Internal and External Audits.
- Refresh and distribute Brand Status Reports every Monday to the marketing teams.
- Create and modify Purchase Orders.
- Act as a liaison between Marketing, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Finance on the month-end process.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, business operations, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a similar role.
- Technologically proficient.
- Communication skills. Strong communication skills for working with stakeholders, sales team members, and business development teams.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience in creating dashboards for tracking and sales analytics.
- Highly detail-oriented with a data-driven approach to sales management and business operations.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and sales team members to improve team performance and achieve sales targets.
