You’ll work directly in the field to identify potential hosts, engage local communities, build outbound sales strategies, and drive growth through grassroots outreach. This position blends sales, community engagement, and operational execution.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct on-the-ground market evaluations and competitor benchmarking.
- Perform outbound outreach to prospective and churned hosts.
- Build and iterate on sales playbooks and outreach strategies.
- Engage with neighborhood groups, online communities, and local leaders.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and approaches.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, community engagement, or field operations.
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments.
- Strong cold outreach experience (calls, text, community channels).
- Highly proactive, scrappy, and hands-on approach.
- Based in Toronto.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, or similar sectors.
- Grassroots ops experience or involvement in local community organizations.
- Empathy for small business owners, side-hustlers, or hosts.
