Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist with expertise in Salesforce.com, sales process optimization, and sales tool enablement to drive productivity improvements. This role will play a key part in managing large-scale projects, implementing new sales tools, and ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows. The ideal candidate will analyze sales workflows, identify process gaps, and introduce technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, reporting, and sales effectiveness.
This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, IT, marketing, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for ensuring data integrity, increasing user adoption of sales tools, and driving change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale sales operations projects including the implementation of new sales tools and technology solutions.
- Analyze and optimize sales workflows, identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and governance within Salesforce.com and other sales tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, and marketing, to align processes and strategies.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales processes and tools.
- Drive user adoption and training for sales teams on new tools and processes.
- Create reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and operational efficiency.
- Leverage process automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Python) to streamline workflows.
- Support change management initiatives and effectively communicate process updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce.com administration and reporting.
- Project management experience with the ability to lead complex initiatives from planning to execution.
- Experience with sales enablement tools and process optimization.
- Strong Excel skills, with SQL proficiency being a plus.
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a bonus.
- Experience in process automation (Zapier, Python) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to drive change management initiatives.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
