We are a true one-stop shop for countertops, cabinetry, and full kitchen & bath renovations. Business is growing fast, and we’re looking for the right leader to help take us to the next level.

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage our crews and showroom staff, and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. The right candidate will be highly organized, a strong communicator, and able to balance leadership with accountability.

This role will free up the owner to focus on sales, networking, and expansion — so we need someone who can confidently “own” operations and keep the business machine running.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily business operations (showroom, fabrication, and installation).
Manage employee schedules, assign crews, and ensure projects stay on timeline.
Handle ordering and inventory of materials (stone, cabinets, hardware, etc.).
Serve as main contact for staff and subcontractors — ensuring accountability.
Assist with customer updates and follow-up to maintain high satisfaction.
Track job costs, budgets, and efficiency to reduce waste and increase profit.
Report directly to the owner with updates and escalate major issues only when needed.

Qualifications

3+ years of management experience (construction, kitchen & bath, fabrication, or home improvement industry preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills — able to motivate and enforce standards.
Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple jobs at once.
Customer service mindset with professional communication skills.
Basic financial knowledge (job costing, budgeting, efficiency tracking).
Reliable, trustworthy, and proactive problem-solver.
