Our financial software client is looking for a motivated individual to join their sales team.
The Sales Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the sales team. This individual will assist in managing the client pre-implementation activities, as well as being the primary interface to our partners and clients during this process. They will also facilitate communications, collaboration, and interaction between the sales team and other internal groups to ensure a premium client experience.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate communications across partners, clients, and internal groups
- Work with new clients to complete onboarding tasks and ensure a smooth pre-implementation process including data gathering and responding to status inquiries
- Act as point of contact for client document inquiries including annual questionnaires or audit requests and coordinate response with legal and IT
- Monitor client onboarding status in the client portals (Coupa, Ariba, etc)
- Provide general project support for the sales and implementation teams, including communicating with customer and internal team with status updates
- Conduct account reviews to identify cross sell opportunities and update contracts if necessary
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role
- Organizational and multi-tasking capability with prioritizing multiple client projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data entry and documentation
- Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written, since there is an extreme emphasis on email and the use of other systems
- Customer-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
