Role Description
This is a full time in-office role based out of our head office in Toronto (505 Consumers Road) with hybrid work potential in the future. We are seeking someone with strong initiative who will support business growth by building and maintaning relationships with current and new clients, supporting day to day operations including project management, maintaining inventory, shipping and receiving, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining relationships with clients. The candidate will also assist in the development of operational procedures and reporting on metrics and performance. We are looking for someone that has a strong motivation to execute and drive results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1+ year of experience in operations coordination or related role (not mandatory)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (extensive knowledge of Excel is bonus)
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator) is a bonus
- Experience with managing/implementing ERP system is a bonus
- Experience with inventory control implementation is a bonus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and time management abilities
- Recent university graduates are preferred for this position
- Strong English proficiency is a must
Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year
