We are a growing fresh produce wholesale company specializing in Asian vegetables and fruits, supplying supermarkets, distributors, and market vendors across Canada.
We are seeking a bilingual Sales Operations / Commercial Coordinator to support our Sales Director and sales team by improving communication, analyzing market information, and strengthening customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fresh produce industry and wants to grow into a senior commercial position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Director with daily account management and sales coordination
- Track shipment schedules and communicate with logistics, farms, and customers
- Provide timely market, pricing, and inventory information to the sales team
- Monitor competitors’ products, availability, and pricing trends
- Assist in developing sales strategies to maintain and grow customer relationships
- Investigate and help resolve customer complaints
- Help organize product forecasts and inventory planning
- Improve internal sales processes and reporting
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Knowledge of the fresh Asian produce industry or food distribution is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems independently
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience with ERP / inventory systems (e.g., Odoo) is an asset
