Chief Financial Officer | East Tampa, FL | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Full Benefits
This is a rare opportunity to step into the CFO seat at a well-established, mission-driven nonprofit and serve as the right-hand financial partner to the CEO. The organization operates across multiple locations with financial complexity including government-funded programs, regulatory compliance, and collections-intensive AR — all areas where your experience will have immediate and tangible impact. Hybrid position based in East Tampa. If you are a CPA with strong and stable nonprofit accounting background with like-kind experience, we’d love to hear from you.

- Oversee insurance, employee benefits administration, and related organizational risk management functions
- Evaluate current systems, processes, and internal controls; identify and implement improvements that strengthen the finance function and support the team's effectiveness
