We’re looking for a hands-on Revenue Operations Lead to build and run the engine that powers our commercial growth.
In this role, you will design the processes, systems, and data frameworks that connect the entire revenue lifecycle - from lead generation to renewals. Your goal is to create clarity, consistency, and scale across how we win, implement, retain, and grow customers.
This is our first dedicated RevOps hire, so you’ll be laying the foundations while driving immediate impact. You’ll work closely with the Growth leadership team, Finance, and the Project Management Office to align our revenue goals, streamline operations, and enable faster, more predictable growth.

Map and optimise end-to-end revenue processes (lead deal implementation renewal expansion).

Build and enforce clear handover points between Sales, Solutions, Implementation, and Customer Success.

Standardise pricing approvals, deal desk workflows, and renewal processes.

Own Hubspot and ensure accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer lifecycle data.

Develop dashboards and reporting on revenue KPIs: ARR, NRR, churn, sales velocity, win rates, and capacity.

Partner with Finance on forecasting models and revenue planning.

Evaluate, implement, and maintain revenue-related tools

Create scalable templates, playbooks, and automation that reduce friction for revenue teams.

Drive adoption of tools and processes across Marketing, Sales, Solutions, and CS.

Act as the connective tissue across revenue-generating teams, ensuring shared metrics, definitions, and priorities.

Partner with Product and Finance on pricing, quoting, and commercial strategy.

Provide insights to the ELT on revenue performance and operational bottlenecks.

Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS or recurring revenue business.

Strong understanding of end-to-end commercial processes - from marketing funnel to renewals and expansion.

Advanced analytical and systems skills (CRM admin, data modelling, automation).

Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and influence skills - you can drive alignment without direct authority.

Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and love building structures from scratch.
