Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and operations leadership to document and organize workflows, tools, and governance standards.
- Create clear, comprehensive reference materials that support onboarding, continuity, and operational excellence.
- Document and optimize workflows for Salesforce task tracking, account transitions, and quota management.
- Audit and align processes with all third-party tools used in the sales lifecycle.
- Maintain well-structured, searchable documentation repositories in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
Required Qualifications — All Must Be Met
- 2–4 years of advanced Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel experience, including documentation and data organization.
- 2–4 years of project management experience, ideally supporting sales operations or business process improvement.
- 2–4 years of direct collaboration with sales teams, with a proven track record in process improvement or enablement.
- 2–4 years of Salesforce experience, including hands-on use for reporting, task management, and process tracking.
Ideal Candidate
You are detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable interfacing with both business and technical teams. You can translate complex processes into clear, repeatable documentation that scales with a growing organization.
