Our client is a well-known manufacturing business based in the North West (UK) that is looking to recruit a suitably experienced Chief Financial Officer, to work closely with the Managing Director on growing the organisation.
The company needs to recruit a commercially focused finance professional to help drive the business forward, supporting strategic decision-making and enabling continued growth. It is a very positive time for the organisation, which continues to diversify, develop long-term customer relationships and deliver enhanced financial performance.
This role provides tremendous autonomy, interesting commercial challenges and the opportunity to operate within a stimulating, progressive and fast-moving, high-volume manufacturing environment.

To be suitable for this role, candidates will display the following attributes and expertise:
- Qualified Accountant (UK)
- Proven Finance Director experience within a manufacturing environment
- Commercially focused, able to step outside of finance to support strategic growth, investment decisions and overall business performance
- Excellent people leadership and communication skills
- Energetic, driven and enthusiastic
- Able to work at pace
