The Opportunity
We’re not looking for a traditional CFO. We’re looking for a visionary — a financial architect who thrives on challenge, creativity, and chaos. You’ll be the numbers genius who gives structure to ambition, ensuring we scale fast, smart, and sustainably.
As CFO, you’ll lead finance across LoveMy Network, and LoveMy Style UK, helping us secure pre-seed, seed, and institutional funding while building scalable, investor-ready systems from scratch.
This is an equity-first role for someone who believes in the mission and wants to own a piece of the next great British success story.
You Will:
- Drive all fundraising efforts (pre-seed, seed, and beyond) — leveraging your network of investors, angels, and VCs.
- Lead M&A strategy and financial modelling for future acquisitions and expansions.
- Design and manage P&L, cashflows, and scenario-based financial models.
- Create and refine our pitch decks and business plans, turning financial vision into irresistible investor storytelling.
- Keep our visionary CEO & Co-Founders grounded in fiscal reality — ensuring ambition meets financial discipline.
- Build financial systems, controls, and governance structures fit for a world-class tech ecosystem.
- Play a key role in our board and future fundraising strategy.
You Are:
- A proven financial strategist with high-growth tech, marketplace, or SaaS experience.
- Ideally a HNWI or well-connected investor who believes in our mission and is willing to help fund (directly or indirectly) our early stages.
- Experienced in raising venture capital, structuring deals, and managing investor relations.
- A master of storytelling through numbers — elegant, persuasive, and visionary.
- A hands-on doer: you can build a cashflow model at midnight and sell a growth vision at dawn.
- Bonus: You’ve worked in or around fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce and understand creative industry economics.
