Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a PE-backed buy and build Life sciences business to appoint a Chief Financial Officer. The role will work closely with the CEO and Private Equity shareholders to support the delivery of the group’s growth strategy and the continued development of the business over the coming years.
As CFO, you will partner with the CEO to support growth initiatives and strengthen financial performance, while ensuring the finance function continues to develop in line with the needs of a growing and increasingly complex organisation. You will lead the ongoing professionalisation of finance, including governance, reporting, controls, and financial insight.
Operating at Board level, you will work closely with Private Equity stakeholders, providing high-quality analysis, reporting, and decision support. You will take ownership of the M&A agenda, including target evaluation, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution, and post-acquisition integration, ensuring acquisitions are integrated effectively and value is delivered.
You will also support the performance and profitability of existing and newly acquired service lines, embedding robust financial disciplines and performance management across the business. The role offers a strong opportunity to contribute to strategic direction and long term value creation alongside the CEO and investor group.
