· Create invoices on MFG, generate shippers, and support delivery logistics.
· Assist clinical training team with scheduling and supply coordination.
· Manage Shopify orders, consumables, and stock packing.
· Act as Office Manager: supplies, repairs, keys/fobs, facility issues.
· Ensure office readiness for events, workshops, and tradeshows.
· Be the first point of contact for InMode customer service, complaints, and account queries.
· Support event logistics including venue setup and materials.
· Help with direct debit mandates, supplier invoice processing, and remittance.
· Cover delivery team when unavailable and assist when needed. Same for the service team
· Maintain CRM (salesforce) data hygiene under guidance of senior.
· Assist with onboarding logistics as needed.
· Coordinate with building management for maintenance and security.
