Sales Operations Analyst (Contract 6 months)

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail‑oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join the central team supporting EMEA Sales Strategic Planning & Operations (SSPO). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, data‑driven environments and enjoys partnering closely with sales and product stakeholders to influence strategy and operational excellence.
The SSPO team’s mission is to maximise business performance through insights, operational rigour and cross‑functional collaboration. As a key partner to senior stakeholders, you will shape business planning, operational processes, and data‑driven decision making across the region.
What You’ll Do
Analytics & Insights
- Provide analytical support for initiatives driving growth across advertising sales channels.
- Identify trends, uncover product opportunities and relay data‑driven insights about market nuances to global stakeholders.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to business leadership to support key strategic decisions.
Strategic Projects & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Sales leadership and cross‑functional teams on strategic projects focused on operational efficiency, resource optimisation and new opportunity identification.
- Present recommendations and data-led findings to senior stakeholders in a compelling, structured way.
Operational Excellence
- Own the rhythm of the business, supporting target-setting, tracking, and operational performance reviews at regional level.
- Lead operational reviews (monthly/quarterly) and monitor progress against goals and priorities.
- Identify bottlenecks and use data-driven problem-solving to remove barriers, collaborating effectively across teams and time zones.
Leadership Communication
- Influence and communicate with senior leaders regularly, outlining progress, risks and dependencies.
- Translate global initiatives into actionable regional plans, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment and engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., investment banking, private equity, consulting, corporate strategy/operations, or similar roles in technology).
- Strong problem‑solving skills with experience tackling complex commercial, operational and organisational challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Highly proficient in SQL, with experience working with large or complex datasets.
- Proven ability to communicate complex and technical concepts clearly to executive-level audiences.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes through collaboration, communication and analytical thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in a technical or analytical field (Business, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics).
- Experience working within a large, matrixed organisation across multiple business units.
- Familiarity with digital advertising products, platforms and industry tools.
