A global enterprise SaaS organisation is looking for a Renewal Specialist to join their team on a 12-month contract based in London (hybrid).
You'll manage subscription, licence and maintenance renewals, support renewal reporting, and work closely with sales, customer success and partners to ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
We're looking for:
* 3+ years' experience in renewals, sales ops or business ops in a SaaS/software environment
* Experience managing subscription or licence renewals
* Strong Excel skills and reporting experience
* Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
