Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage India operations as Head of Office.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and retention for engineering and operations teams.
- Build scalable systems, infrastructure, and automation workflows.
- Drive productivity, quality, and compliance across functions.
- Partner with US leadership to execute strategic initiatives and ensure operational alignment.
- Oversee financial performance, budgets, and KPI tracking.
- Represent InRhythm with clients and external partners.
Requirements
- 12–14 years of total experience, including 7+ years in building India teams for US-based tech consulting firms or early-stage GCCs (20–40 people).
- Proven background in business operations, HR, finance, or marketing (non-technical).
- Experience in IT consulting or boutique Indian IT services (30–200 people).
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Demonstrated success in setting up scalable operations and automation systems.
- Deep understanding of the Indian tech talent market.
- Must have worked closely with US stakeholders.
- B1/B2 visa preferred.
Exclusions
- No candidates from IT staffing or large IT services backgrounds.
- GCC experience acceptable only if tech-focused and joined early-stage.

- Experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
Reporting
- Reports to Managing Director – Finance & Business Operations.
- Oversees 5–7 operations staff (dotted-line) and 1–2 direct finance/ops reportees.
- No P&L responsibility.
