The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who can build the financial and capital structure that transforms HyperGrowth from a fully formed company into an investable, scalable platform. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role ideal for a finance executive who thrives in entrepreneurial environments but operates with institutional discipline.

What You’ll Do
Capital Formation
• Structure and lead equity and debt raises across HG platforms and projects.
• Build investor relations protocols, capital tracking, and quarterly reporting.
• Develop and maintain all financial models (corporate, project-level, and scenario).
Financial Infrastructure
• Establish accounting systems, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Implement cash management, treasury, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and key performance metrics.
Strategic Finance
• Advise Co-CEOs on capital allocation, JV structures, and portfolio performance.
• Drive financial diligence for acquisitions, partnerships, and vendor contracts.
• Lead valuation, scenario, and return analyses for investor materials.
Governance & Risk
• Partner with CLO to ensure corporate governance, tax, and legal alignment.
• Manage audit, tax, and insurance relationships.
Team Building
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team as HG scales.

Who You Are
Stage Fit
• Experienced in growth-stage, PE-backed, or developer-operator environments.
• Able to build financial infrastructure — reporting, controls, and capital frameworks — while scaling toward institutional standards.
Functional Expertise
• Deep command of capital markets, investor relations, and fund formation.
• Proven ability to structure complex development or real-asset transactions (JV, debt/equity stack, REIT or fund structures).
• Skilled in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Experienced in GAAP/IFRS accounting and audit readiness.
Leadership & Collaboration
• Operates as a true strategic partner to both Co-CEOs.
• Clear communicator with investors, lenders, and counsel.
• Comfortable mentoring and later building a finance team.
Personal Attributes
• Entrepreneurial yet disciplined; thrives in a high-velocity, PeopleFirst culture.
• Transparent, high integrity, and people-focused.
• Open to hybrid compensation (reduced salary + performance/participation equity).
Preferred Background
• 10–20 years in finance, private equity, family office, fund management, or development finance.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Prior CFO or SVP Finance experience at a PE-backed or mixed-use developer platform preferred.
