We’re seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Sales and Marketing teams by serving as a critical link between cross-functional partners and the sales organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and has a passion for making things run smoothly behind the scenes. The position can be remote in the Midwest with occasional travel for trade shows and in-office collaboration.
What You’ll Do
Data & Systems Management

Maintain and validate SNB product data within customer systems; ensure accuracy through collaboration with Marketing and Master Data teams

Support GS1 and 1WorldSync (1WS) publications as needed

Participate in regular data audits to ensure integrity across internal and customer-facing systems

Manage customer and item setup processes in partnership with cross-functional teams
Sales Process & Reporting

Develop and standardize reporting tools and dashboards for SAP and the Sales team

Manage trade promotion hierarchies (TPM) and liaise with the Master Data team for SAP-related hierarchy needs

Support agency and broker updates, including commission mapping and internal data alignment

Track key sales performance metrics, develop broker scorecards, and manage KPI reporting
Communications & Support

Serve as the primary contact for sales communications to internal teams and brokers

Develop and maintain sales materials, presentations, and SharePoint resources

Coordinate sales requests for POS materials, product samples, and marketing support

Partner with Marketing to plan and execute trade shows and customer events
Inventory & Operations

Manage the distressed inventory process to minimize write-offs and optimize sell-through
What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

5+ years of experience in CPG (consumer packaged goods) in sales, marketing, or analytical support roles

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems preferred

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
