Altus is seeking a Director of Sales Operations & Enablement will support revenue growth, improve sales productivity and ensure strategic alignment across the Altus platform. This role provides support and execution in the areas of sales planning, forecasting, performance analysis, process improvement and enablement initiatives.

Key Job Responsibilities
Sales Operations
- Design and maintain actionable dashboards and reports across Sales, Marketing, and post sales operations to provide visibility into pipeline health, performance trends, and KPIs
- Support forecasting cadence, territory planning, and performance analysis in partnership with Sales leadership
- Lead the administration of incentive compensation plans, including quota setting, commission calculations, and payout processes
- Monitor pipeline metrics, sales cycle trends, and win/loss analysis to support commercial decision-making
- Drive adoption and usage of CRM (Salesforce) and associated tools to streamline
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase rep productivity and reduce administrative burden
- Serve as a connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT, ensuring alignment on data, tools, and reporting
- Support churn analysis and customer retention reporting in coordination with Finance and operational teams.
- Contribute to board and executive-level reporting on sales performance and go-to-market effectiveness.
Sales Enablement
- Own sales onboarding and continuous training programs to ramp new hires and increase rep effectiveness.
- Operationalize sales playbooks and ensure CRM alignment with sales process stages and entry/exit criteria
- Support messaging consistency, value proposition delivery, and tool adoption across the sales team
- Partner with Marketing and GMs to support new service or product launches with relevant training and materials
Qualifications & Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or GTM Operations roles within B2B environments
- Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, quota management, and CRM systems (Salesforce required)
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional projects and collaborate with senior leadership
- Experience working in private equity-backed or multi-site operating models is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills and a bias toward action and ownership

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
