$140,000-$160,000 "Plus Performance Bonus Plan"
This role provides strategic oversight of all financial operations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission, clinical delivery goals, and long-term sustainability. Responsible for enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cash flow, risk management, audit preparation, and compliance with all applicable healthcare financial regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA helpful but not required
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in financial leadership. Nonprofit and healthcare experience are strongly preferred but not required.
