So far, our growth has come entirely from SEO and word of mouth. We have built a loyal user base without a single sales rep. Now we are ready to scale with a true sales department and a revenue leader who can turn traction into a repeatable growth engine.
The Role
As Founding Chief Revenue Officer, you will own goHeather’s entire go-to-market strategy and revenue model. You will design and lead sales, partnerships, and growth operations to help us scale from a bootstrapped startup to a structured, data-driven VC-backed business.
You will work directly with the founders in Canada to turn goHeather into a category-defining legal AI company for SMBs and small law firm lawyers everywhere.
What You’ll Do
- Build and lead the sales organization from the ground up, including playbook, team, process, and goals
- Design and test pricing, packaging, and distribution strategies for SMBs, small law, and B2B channels
- Turn inbound demand from SEO into outbound campaigns, partnerships, and repeatable acquisition channels
- Develop and manage sales funnels, pipelines, and forecasts across multiple customer types
- Collaborate with marketing and product to align messaging, GTM strategy, and feature releases
- Build systems and dashboards for measuring growth, retention, and unit economics
- Hire and mentor early GTM talent as we scale
Who You Are
- A builder who has helped take SaaS or B2B products from early traction ($25K–$100K MRR) to scale (10M+ ARR)
- Comfortable working across sales, marketing, and strategy
- Strong understanding of SMB SaaS, legal tech and how to sell to small teams and lawyers
- Analytical and hands-on. You can run experiments and close deals while designing scalable systems
- Excited about legal tech that empowers lawyers and SMBs instead of locking innovation behind enterprise gates
