About the Role

City Shift Finance is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to design, lead, and execute the firm’s revenue strategy across multiple verticals, including corporate relocation strategy, workforce optimization, and financial consulting. The ideal candidate is a growth-focused executive who understands B2B consulting, pricing strategy, and long-cycle sales.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead City Shift Finance’s revenue growth strategy across service lines and industries
Identify and build strategic partnerships to expand corporate and institutional client reach
Oversee pricing, service positioning, and go-to-market strategy for consulting and digital offerings
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to strengthen lead generation and conversion pipelines
Track revenue performance, client acquisition metrics, and long-term profitability trends
Contribute to strategic planning, financial forecasting, and leadership team discussions
Build scalable sales frameworks that align with the firm’s mission and consulting standards

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in revenue leadership, consulting growth, or financial strategy roles
Strong understanding of B2B sales, pricing, and client relationship management
Proven success driving revenue growth within a consulting, finance, or professional services firm
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a structured, results-driven mindset
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
