City Shift Finance is a strategy and advisory firm working with leadership teams on complex, high-impact decisions.
We are hiring a Chief Revenue Officer to own revenue strategy, pricing, and conversion across the firm.
This is a senior leadership role focused on building a clear, accountable revenue system aligned with how sophisticated buyers evaluate and commit.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- Own end-to-end revenue strategy, including pricing, positioning, conversion, and retention
- Partner with executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into revenue plans
- Define clear accountability across marketing, sales, partnerships, and external agencies
- Lead revenue forecasting, pipeline quality assessment, and long-range growth planning
- Evaluate and prioritize growth initiatives, partnerships, and go-to-market investments
- Establish revenue KPIs, reporting cadence, and performance review processes
- Ensure revenue decisions are grounded in data, economics, and business fundamentals
- Oversee pricing strategy and revenue model evolution as the firm scales
- Identify risks to revenue predictability and proactively address structural gaps
- Manage or coordinate internal team members and external partners as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10–15+ years of progressive experience in revenue leadership, growth, or P&L ownership
- Experience operating in consulting, advisory, or enterprise B2B environments
- Demonstrated success building and scaling revenue systems, not just campaigns
- Strong understanding of pricing strategy and conversion economics
- Experience evaluating, hiring, and managing external marketing or revenue partners
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional alignment
- Excellent judgment, analytical rigor, and decision-making under ambiguity
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
Minimum Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant revenue, growth, or P&L experience
- Demonstrated experience partnering directly with executive leadership
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with revenue modeling and forecasting
- Ability to manage complex, high-stakes initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Compensation
$320,000 - $420,000
