Salt Talent Search is looking for a Sales Ops Analyst for a 24 months extendable contract role. Success in the role requires operational excellence (Salesforce), strong calculation and ability to navigate numbers (Microsoft Excel).
In this role, you will
- Day-to-Day Sales Admin Support(APAC wide)
- Provide general sales administrative support, including CRM data hygiene checks, account and partner mapping updates, records maintenance, partner query triage, deal registration issue etc
- Triage and coordinate incoming data, reporting, and operational requests from APAC Sales Ops stakeholders
- Support pipeline management and forecast accuracy through data validation, SFDC hygiene checks, stalled deal follow-up, and preparation of Pipeline Review inputs
- Maintain and update the APAC Sales Ops wiki/knowledge base, including process documentation, cadence calendars, contact directories, and templates
- Support QBR, OKR, and planning by mining CRM/pipeline data, and preparing foundational data materials
- Conduct ad hoc / on-demand data analysis for regional Sales Operations team/Sales team
- Perform data quality and hygiene checks on source CRM/pipeline data feeding into APAC dashboards; flag issues to the relevant dashboard owner
Your Expertise:
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support/administration, business or data analysis, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong Excel skills required; familiarity with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce) and BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred
- High proficiency in English (written and oral); able to work across multiple APAC markets and time zones
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly for data entry and forecast/pipeline submissions
- Well organized and reliable; able to manage multiple concurrent requests from different regional stakeholders
- Able to work independently, exercise discretion with confidential sales data, and prioritize under time-sensitive deadlines (e.g., forecast cutoffs)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating with stakeholders across the region
