Our Solana Beach office oversees the company's U.S. investments and operations, with a primary focus on real estate and infrastructure development. As a strategic hub for our parent company's North American activities, we manage both corporate investments and provide comprehensive support for our executive leadership team.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced professional who combines financial management expertise with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. This person will be the right hand to our executive office — overseeing AR/AP, budgeting, and cash flow — while also managing the day-to-day operations of a dynamic corporate and family office environment.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Oversight
- Manage the local office budget, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly cash flow.
- Prepare financial summaries, forecasts, and reports for management.
- Reconcile expenses and ensure accuracy across corporate and family accounts.
- Work with accounting teams to ensure timely payments and clear reporting.
Operations & Executive Support
- Oversee office operations, vendors, and resource management.
- Support executives with scheduling, travel, and private aviation coordination.
- Handle confidential family office tasks with discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as a central liaison between leadership, vendors, and international teams.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in office management, accounting coordination, or financial operations.
- Strong understanding of AR/AP, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Professional, discreet, and proactive — someone who takes ownership and gets things done.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
