Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Objective
- Provide strategic financial leadership to ensure sustainable growth and financial stability of the Society.
- Align financial planning with cooperative principles, marketing, and processing operations.
- Support the Board and senior management in informed financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Formulate and implement short-term and long-term financial strategies.
- Prepare annual budgets, business plans, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Support expansion initiatives including processing units, value-added products, and market development.
Fund Management & Resource Mobilization
- Manage working capital, cash flows, and fund utilization effectively.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, NABARD, and government bodies for loans, grants, and subsidies.
- Oversee project financing, capital structuring, and fund deployment.
Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, audits, and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Cooperative and Multi-State Cooperative Society Acts and Rules.
- Oversee timely filing of statutory returns, financial statements, and regulatory disclosures.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Cost Optimization & Financial Controls
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and SOPs.
- Monitor procurement, processing, logistics, storage, and marketing costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure transparency and accountability in financial operations.
Accounting, Reporting & Governance
- Oversee accounting systems, books of accounts, and financial records.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of MIS, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Present financial performance, risk analysis, and recommendations to the Board.
- Support good governance and financial discipline as per cooperative norms.
Business Growth & Risk Management
- Evaluate financial feasibility of new products, partnerships, and investments.
- Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis and modeling.
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) / equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 10–15 years of senior finance leadership experience.
- Preferably from FMCG, Food Processing, Beverage, Nutraceuticals, or agri-based sectors.
- Experience with cooperative institutions or government schemes will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, fund management, and cost optimization.
- Proven leadership, analytical ability, and stakeholder management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
