Key responsibilities
- Financial strategy and planning: Develop long-term financial plans, forecast needs, and advise on capital allocation.
- Financial management: Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Risk management: Identify and manage financial risks, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Team leadership: Build and manage the finance and accounting teams, including controllers, analysts, and bookkeepers.
- Strategic guidance: Work with the CEO and other executives to align financial strategy with business goals, and provide financial insights for decisions such as mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
- Data analysis: Analyze financial strengths and weaknesses, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Stakeholder relations: Manage relationships with key vendors and investors, and serve as the primary financial spokesperson for the organization.
- Technology and innovation: Oversee the technology used by the finance team and champion digital transformation and data analytics to improve decision-making.
Qualifications: A strong background in finance, economics, or accounting is essential, often with professional certifications like CPA. Experience in roles like accounting, banking.
Experience :- Minimum at least 10 years of experience in finance, often with 5 or more years in a senior leadership role like Director of Finance or VP of Finance

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
