We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Revenue Operations professional with 1+ year of experience to support and optimize our sales, marketing, and customer success operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership teams to improve processes, reporting, CRM management, and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize sales and revenue operations processes
- Maintain and improve CRM systems (HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho or similar)
- Track and analyze sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics
- Create dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership decision-making
- Support alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve revenue efficiency
- Assist in process documentation and operational improvements
Required Skills & Tools:
- Strong understanding of Revenue Operations / Sales Operations
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Knowledge of sales funnel, lead lifecycle, and revenue metrics
- Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in RevOps / Sales Ops / Business Ops
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage data accurately and meet deadlines
- Process-driven and detail-focused mindset
