We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our Geographically Integrated Service Operations (GiSO) team.
This role is a great opportunity for someone with around 2 Years of experience in sales operations, who wants to grow in a global, fast-paced tech environment.
You’ll support key operational processes - from order handling to month-end closing - ensuring accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction. Along the way, you’ll develop deep expertise in ERP systems, global delivery processes, and data quality management.
Whatyou’ll do:

Handle day-to-day tasks in NAV, PSA/SWOOP, and ServiceNow.

Process customer contracts, quotes, and orders (“Convert Quote to Order” process).

Coordinate invoicing, purchasing, and project closure activities.

Support month-end closing and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Monitor KPIs, improve data accuracy, and suggest process improvements.

Act as a point of contact for your region and collaborate with global teams.
What we need to see from you
Whatyoubring

2 years of experience inSales operations, ordermanagement, or a similar role.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic understanding of business processes or ERP systems (NAV, SAP, etc.).

Proactive mindset, curiosity to learn, and a collaborative attitude.

Clear communication in English and comfort working in an international setup.
