We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented
Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager/Specialist to optimize and streamline revenue workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Client Success. This role is ideal for someone who excels in CRM management, operational strategy, and data-driven decision-making. You will be the central owner of the Zoho/HubSpot ecosystem, ensuring smooth processes, accurate data, and strong alignment across revenue teams.

Key Responsibilities
CRM Management & Optimization
- Own and manage Zoho/HubSpot CRM configurations, customizations, and automation
- Build workflows, validation rules, blueprints, and integrations with other tools
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure proper usage of Leads, Deals, Accounts, and Contacts modules
- Conduct CRM onboarding, training, and ongoing support for Sales and Marketing teams
Revenue Operations Alignment
- Design and execute a structured RevOps framework supporting predictable growth
- Improve lead management, conversion funnels, and cross-team handoff processes
- Support segmentation, campaign tracking, and automation setup for lead-gen initiatives
- Convert marketing insights into clear action items for Sales within CRM
Governance & Data Hygiene
- Act as the primary CRM auditor for all Sales and Marketing data
- Identify inconsistencies, incorrect entries, or missing updates in the CRM
- Maintain CRM hygiene standards and track data quality metrics
- Enforce compliance with pipeline, reporting, and data entry guidelines
Reporting & Insights
- Build and automate dashboards, reports, and analytics for leadership
- Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, lead sources, and campaign performance
- Provide insights that highlight risks, opportunities, and improvement areas
- Support leadership with structured weekly and monthly business review presentations
Process Improvement
- Standardize and document core business processes inside CRM
- Recommend automation and workflow enhancements to improve efficiency
- Ensure cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Client Success
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You bring 2-4 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or CRM administration
- You have hands-on expertise in Zoho or HubSpot automation, customization, and analytics
- You are strong in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
