What You’ll Be Doing
- Desk every deal — pencil, structure, and get it approved.
- Work directly with prime and sub-prime lenders to maximize approvals and PVR.
- Motivate, train, and manage a hungry sales team.
- Protect front- and back-end gross on every deal.
- Push deals through to funding — no excuses, no dropped balls.
- Report directly to the GSM and ownership with full transparency.
