We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to support the commercial operations team. This role focuses on order management, sales analysis, reporting, and process improvement to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity across systems.
Responsibilities:
- Execute, review, and follow up on purchase orders and Order Desk activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and timelines
- Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities
- Support daily sales operations and order management processes
- Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Pricing teams to ensure proper order execution and invoicing
- Monitor open orders, billing status, and delivery performance
- Prepare recurring commercial reports, KPIs, and operational metrics
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across ERP and CRM systems
- Participate in process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Desk, Commercial Operations, or similar roles
- Experience managing purchase orders and order management processes
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems such as SAP, JD Edwards, Salesforce, or similar
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis tools is preferred
- Advanced English proficiency required
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
