Job Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the company's core senior management team, responsible for the overall financial strategic planning, capital operations, risk control, and the construction of the financial management system. The CFO is required to support the company's sustainable growth, enhance shareholder value, and ensure financial transparency and compliance through scientific financial analysis and strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy and Planning
Develop and execute the company's medium- and long-term financial strategies to support overall business objectives.
Responsible for financial budgeting, forecasting, capital structure, and cash flow planning.
Lead cost optimization and resource allocation to improve capital utilization efficiency. Financial Operations Management
Oversee core financial functions such as accounting, reporting, auditing, taxation, and cash flow management.
Establish a sound financial management system and internal control framework.
Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of financial reporting with regulatory requirements (such as GAAP or IFRS).
Risk Management and Compliance
Identify, assess, and manage corporate financial and operational risks.
Oversee compliance audits, tax planning, and legal risk prevention.
Establish a risk early warning mechanism to prevent potential financial risks.
Capital Operations and Investment Management
Lead the company's investment and financing activities, including equity financing, debt financing, and M&A projects.
Maintain relationships with banks, investment institutions, shareholders, and regulatory agencies.
Participate in capital market strategy formulation (such as IPOs, refinancing, and M&A integration).
Strategic Decision Support
Provide financial analysis and decision-making advice to the CEO and board of directors.
Participate in the company's strategic planning and major business decisions.
Drive digital transformation and the construction of an intelligent financial data analysis system.
Team Leadership and Development
Lead and develop the finance team to enhance organizational professionalism and execution.
Build an efficient and transparent finance culture and promote cross-departmental collaboration.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred;
Over 10 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership position (e.g., CFO, VP of Finance);
Proficient in corporate finance systems, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), capital operations, and risk management;
Excellent strategic planning ability, business acumen, and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills;
Experience working in multinational corporations, listed companies, or large group enterprises is preferred;
Fluent in English and proficient in using financial analysis tools and ERP systems.
