We’re looking for a Head of Revenue Operations : a commercial operator who thrives at the intersection of data, process, and enablement. Someone who can turn business goals into integrated systems that scale across marketing, sales, and customer success.
This role is for a builder with a business brain: analytical, creative, and operationally sharp. You’ll design, manage and optimise the The Sales People’s revenue infrastructure and power growth for some of the UK’s fastest-scaling B2B tech companies that we partner with.

🛠️ What You’ll Do
Enablement & Training
- You’ll design and lead the onboarding, training, and continuous development of our GTM Engineer Associates — taking new starters from novice to high-performing operators.
- That means creating structured onboarding programs, building playbooks and shaping a culture of excellence through content-led learning and hands-on coaching.
- You’ll architect the frameworks that ensure every new joiner ramps fast and delivers impact from day one.
- You'll design all of the above with the intention of it being scalable.
Use Clay and AI Tools
- You’ll work at the cutting edge of modern Rev Ops, leveraging Clay, AI tools and automation to power growth and operational efficiency.
- From enriching data to streamlining workflows, you’ll use technology to our advantage, constantly refining systems to help our teams move faster and smarter.
Drive Demand Generation & Pipeline Efficiency
- You’ll be responsible for delivering our demand generation motion, building scalable systems, and creating efficiency across deal pipelines through HubSpot automations.
- You don’t need to be a demand gen expert from day one; you’ll collaborate with our internal and external specialists to execute.
- Your focus: creating scalable, data-driven processes that connect top-of-funnel activity to revenue outcomes.
💡 What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- 5+ years in revenue operations or related functions.
- Strong CRM integration and system design background.
- Experience managing teams and building enablement systems.
- Proven record scaling revenue functions/sales teams from Seed to Series A (or equivalent, more than once).
- You use AI & tools like Clay
