About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and execute long-range financial plans aligned with clinical and operational goals
- Advise the CEO and Board on capital strategy, risk management, and investment priorities
- Lead financial modeling for expansion, service line growth, and payer negotiations
- Operational Oversight
- Direct all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle, and compliance
- Oversee internal controls, audits, and regulatory reporting (CMS, IRS, GAAP)
- Partner with department heads to drive cost-efficiency and margin improvement
- Team & Culture Development
- Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team across accounting, billing, and analytics
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and mission-driven stewardship
Qualifications
- Proven success as a CFO or senior finance executive in a hospital or integrated health system
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration (CPA preferred)
- Deep knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, managed care, and value-based payment models
- Track record of leading financial turnarounds, system integrations, or major capital projects
- Exceptional communication and boardroom presence

Base Pay: $275,170.63 - $300,764.64 per year
