In this role, you’ll serve as the senior financial leader across a multi-agency organization, working closely with the CEO and executive team to drive enterprise performance. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and strategic insight to a fast-moving business, helping translate vision into sustainable growth.
The Role
- Lead and evolve the organization’s full finance function, including FP&A, accounting, and financial operations
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to shape enterprise strategy
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across a diversified agency portfolio
- Support acquisitions, integrations, and portfolio expansion from a financial standpoint
- Build scalable systems, processes, and controls to support a growing, complex organization
The Ideal Candidate
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including CFO or senior enterprise finance roles - ideally with some agency experience
- Proven experience operating within complex, multi-entity or multi-P&L organizations
- Strategic, commercially minded leader who understands how finance supports creative businesses
- Confident executive with strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
- Thrives in fast-moving environments where clarity and adaptability matter
