We are now seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Finance Officer (CFO) / Head – Finance to lead our group’s financial strategy, governance, and growth initiatives.
As our CFO, you’ll be part of the core leadership team and play a pivotal role in steering the institutional financial roadmap. You’ll:
- Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across all business verticals.
- Oversee financial governance, internal controls, and compliance with all statutory requirements (GST, TDS, ROC, RBI, FEMA).
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund planning to support business expansion.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities.
- Strengthen ERP and financial systems, ensuring transparency and efficiency across all branches.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team aligned with the organization’s growth vision.
- Partner with the CMD and senior leadership team on strategic decisions, mergers, and new projects.
We’re looking for a strategic thinker and strong executor who can balance growth vision with financial discipline.
Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (ICWA) / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
- 12–20 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in education Industry
- Proven ability in multi-branch / multi-entity financial management.
- Experience in compliance, and financial analytics will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹40,500.00 - ₹180,299.00 per month
