Role: Business Operations Manager
Location: San Jose, CA - Hybrid
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: $50-$55/Hr.W2
Minimum Requirements (“Must Have” Qualifications) Candidates must meet the minimum requirements outlined:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (preferred) • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in business process improvement, Lean/Six Sigma projects, or operations analysis within a medium to large-scale enterprise environment • Proven proficiency in:
– Process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro)
– Data analysis tools (Excel pivot tables, Tableau/Power BI dashboards, SAP BO)
Desired Skills/Qualifications (“Nice to Have”) • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) certification with demonstrated application on 2+ projects resulting in >$500K annualized savings • 3+ years of experience with Cisco internal systems:
– SAP BO
– Ariba
– PowerBI Dashboards
• Advanced statistical analysis skills using Python/R for process capability (CpK) and modeling • Prior Cisco contractor/employee experience or deep familiarity with Finance and Operations processes (accelerates ramp time)
