This leadership opportunity is tailored for a highly experienced professional with a strong foundation in capital markets operations, business governance, and enterprise program delivery. Sitting within a critical business unit, this role plays a central part in turning strategy into action — driving execution across functional areas while upholding regulatory and operational excellence.
This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor position suited for those with a COO mindset — comfortable with complexity, influential across stakeholder groups, and focused on delivering results at scale.
- Operationalize strategic plans and ensure timely execution of enterprise-wide priorities
- Serve as the primary coordination point for high-level business initiatives involving multiple departments and regulatory touchpoints
- Lead structured project governance, milestone tracking, and stakeholder reporting for major programs
- Work closely with Product, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and operational standards
- Act as a liaison on regulatory topics, supporting responses, briefings, and dialogue with key authorities
- Monitor industry developments and market trends, evaluating their operational and business implications
- Develop and manage structured communications, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders
- Ensure business continuity and accountability across all project streams under the equities portfolio
- Relevant experience in capital markets or financial services with strong exposure to operational leadership, business management, or COO functions
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives in regulated environments
- Deep understanding of Singapore’s financial regulatory ecosystem and MAS engagement protocols
- Track record of success in project execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
- Strong communication, governance, and presentation skills, with experience interfacing at the C-suite and board level
- Background in exchange operations, brokerage platforms, or trading infrastructure
- Exposure to regulatory reporting, compliance programs, or policy development
- Ability to bridge strategic intent with hands-on execution in large, matrixed organizations
