Chief Financial Officer
Location: Naples, FL
Target Salary: $140,000 – $180,000
Our client seeks a Chief Financial Officer to oversee accounting operations and drive financial strategy across multiple divisions.
What you’ll be doing:
Oversee all financial operations and strategy
Manage and mentor a small accounting team
Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and audit processes
Drive process improvement and ensure financial controls and compliance
Collaborate with leadership to provide insights supporting strategic decisions
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
Proven leadership experience in finance and accounting
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
Background in insurance or financial services preferred
