Oracle Fusion CX CPQ Consultant
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite for 6 months, then Hybrid)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion CX CPQ Consultant to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional and technical understanding of Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud and its integration with Oracle Fusion CX / ERP modules. This role will begin as an onsite engagement for the first 6 months, with a hybrid work option available thereafter, based on performance and project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion CPQ Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document quote-to-cash requirements.
- Design and develop pricing rules, configuration models, workflows, approvals, and document templates within CPQ.
- Integrate CPQ with other Oracle Fusion Cloud modules such as Sales, Subscription Management, and Finance.
- Participate in solution design, system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Provide end-user support, training, and post-go-live enhancements.
- Work closely with technical teams to develop extensions, REST/SOAP integrations, and data mappings.
- Ensure alignment with best practices, scalability, and maintainability standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of overall experience, with minimum 5 years in Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion CX applications and integration touchpoints.
- Hands-on experience with Configuration, Commerce, Document Designer, and BMQL.
- Experience with BML scripting, APIs, and data integrations (SOAP/REST).
- Exposure to Oracle Subscription Management, Fusion ERP, or Salesforce integration is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle CPQ Cloud Certification (preferred).
- Experience with Agile or Scrum project methodologies.
- Prior experience in onsite client interaction and post-implementation
