Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organisation’s Real estate planning, management, and raising finance . We are a Real Estate firm lgrowing quickly and looking for someone join us and grow the business across the Nottinghamshire.
Duties
- Raise finance and manage funds
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proven managing of investors and key stakeholders
- Provide strategic advice to the executive team and board of directors on financial planning and investment opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
- Monitor organisational performance by analysing financial data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to statutory laws and regulations related to finance and taxation.
- Drive organisational efficiency through effective management of resources and processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior financial management roles, preferably as a CFO or equivalent.
- Strong background in management, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial services industry standards.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strategic mindset for long-term planning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence organisational decision-making at executive levels.
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
