Agrileaf Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead the entire Finance and Accounts function. The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end financial operations and business finance.
Role Summary
The CFO will oversee accounting, financial planning, reporting, compliance, taxation, banking, funding, and cash flow management. The role demands strong business acumen and the ability to drive financial efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy and Planning
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives
• Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Provide financial insights for management decision-making
- Accounting and Financial Operations
• Manage daily finance, accounting, and bookkeeping activities
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and MIS reports
• Supervise general ledger, AP and AR, payroll, inventory, and cost control
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls
Compliance and Taxation
- • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and statutory requirements
- • Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities
- • Manage external audits and ensure timely submissions
Budgeting and Cash Flow Management
- • Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts
- • Manage working capital, fund flow, and cash cycles
- • Identify cost optimization opportunities
Banking and Funding
- • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
- • Handle loan documentation, LC, BG, and export credit facilities
- • Support fundraising activities if required
Leadership and Team Management
- • Lead and mentor the finance team
- • Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- • Collaborate with operations, procurement, and export teams
Qualifications and Experience
• Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory
• Minimum 10 plus years of experience in finance, accounts, and taxation
• Experience in manufacturing, export, or agri sectors preferred
• Strong understanding of Indian GAAP, GST, TDS, and export finance
• Experience with ERP, Tally, or SAP systems is an advantage
