Job Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for providing strategic leadership in all financial functions of the hospital, including financial planning, budgeting, accounting, revenue cycle management, audits, and compliance. The CFO ensures financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and optimal resource utilization to support the hospital’s mission of providing quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with hospital goals.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making by the CEO and Board.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead annual budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective measures.
- Revenue Cycle & Cost Management
- Oversee billing, collections, insurance claims, and revenue cycle operations.
- Implement cost-control measures while ensuring service quality.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
- Maintain compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and healthcare finance norms.
- Audit & Risk Management
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and operational audits.
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor finance and accounts teams.
- Promote efficiency, accountability, and transparency across financial operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification.
- 12-14 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in hospitals/healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of hospital finance systems, revenue cycle management, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and MS Office tools.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
