Vice President of Finance and Administration
Location: Hybrid – Administrative Offices

The Vice President of Finance and Administration (VPFA) is a key member of the Executive Team, providing strategic leadership and oversight of the organization’s financial operations, grant administration, and facility management. This role ensures fiscal health, operational excellence, and compliance while supporting the organization’s mission and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Oversee grants administration, compliance, and financial reporting processes.
- Serve as executive liaison to the Finance Committee and Board of Directors.
- Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls.
- Oversee facility operations, IT initiatives, and insurance programs.
- Partner with HR and leadership to sustain a competitive benefits program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- 8+ years of financial leadership experience, including 5+ years in nonprofit finance and grants management.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, federal grant requirements, and financial compliance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard accounting systems.
