Job Description
- Lead strategic planning, acquisitions, and organizational design.
- Set growth targets, capital allocation, and performance metrics.
- Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Build finance infrastructure for future expectation of $1B+ annual revenue.
- Oversee accounting, treasury, budgeting, and reporting.
- Improve margin predictability, cost control, and project-level visibility.
- Implement advanced systems for job costing, WIP, and cash forecasting.
- Manage risk, bonding, insurance, and banking relationships.
- Ensure GAAP and tax compliance.
- Drive due diligence, integration, and capitalization for growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, insurers, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Champion financial tech, automation, and real-time analytics.
- Advance digital dashboards and business intelligence.
- Build and mentor high-performing finance team.
- Promote accountability, transparency, and financial literacy

The Successful Applicant
The successful Chief Financial Officer - Construction should have the following skill sets and experience:
- 15-20+ years of progressive finance leadership tenure within the Construction Sector
- 5 - 10 + years as a CFO and Finance Executive
- Master's Degree/CPA strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- M&A tenure - nice to have
- Strong career track record of developing finance and accounting talent
