Chief Financial Officer Responsibilities
- Drive long-term planning, capital allocation, and financial modeling.
- Oversee accounting, reporting, compliance, and cost control.
- Execute M&A, integration, and stakeholder relationships.
- Implement automation, dashboards, and real-time insights.
- Develop high-performing teams and foster accountability.
Chief Financial Officer Requirements
- 15+ years of experience.
- Experience with M&A.
- Preferably coming from Construction or Real Estate.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting - CPA and/or MBA preferred.
