About ENTON
ENTON is building the AI-native financial infrastructure layer that bridges large language models with financial APIs to create autonomous trading agents. We're transforming how traders interact with markets through natural language, enabling sub-100ms execution speeds and intelligent portfolio management.
The Role
We're seeking a founding Go-to-Market Lead to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth as we scale from 1,000+ to 10,000+ users. You'll own the entire GTM strategy—from defining our positioning in the AI x fintech space to building repeatable growth motions that turn traders and developers into power users.
This is a zero-to-one role where you'll build the playbook, not just execute it.
Growth & Acquisition
- Design and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies (product-led growth, community, partnerships, content)
- Build viral loops and referral mechanics into the product experience
- Own growth metrics: CAC, activation rate, retention cohorts, and LTV
Product Marketing & Positioning
- Define ENTON's positioning at the intersection of AI agents and financial infrastructure
- Craft messaging that resonates with both retail traders and quantitative developers
- Create high-impact content: case studies, trading strategy showcases, technical deep-dives
Partnerships & Distribution
- Identify and close strategic partnerships with crypto/fintech platforms, trading communities, and AI developer ecosystems
- Build relationships with exchanges, data providers, and infrastructure partners
- Explore B2B2C distribution channels
Community & Engagement
- Cultivate an engaged community of traders sharing strategies and insights
- Launch initiatives that drive daily active usage and platform stickiness
- Gather user feedback to inform product roadmap and feature prioritization
Revenue & Monetization
- Develop and iterate on pricing strategy (freemium, tiered subscriptions, API usage)
- Drive conversion from free to paid users
- Identify enterprise opportunities and design pilot programs
Required:
- 3-5+ years in growth, product marketing, or GTM roles at high-growth startups (fintech, AI/ML, or developer tools strongly preferred)
- Track record of taking products from early traction to scale
- Deep understanding of product-led growth and community-driven acquisition
- Exceptional storytelling and positioning skills—you can explain complex tech simply
- Data-driven mindset with experience setting and hitting aggressive growth targets
- Scrappy, founder mentality—willing to do whatever it takes to move metrics
Bonus Points:
- Trading experience or deep knowledge of financial markets
- Experience in crypto, DeFi, or algorithmic trading communities
- Technical background (can engage with developers and understand our API infrastructure)
- Existing network in fintech, AI, or trading communities
- Experience with developer marketing and API-first products
