Job Summary:
The Meeting & Event Registration Team Associate works with our global team of event technology professionals to create event registration websites and email communications using Cvent, Accenture’s enterprise Meeting & Event technology platform. Our Associate will work directly with event owners to design and develop sites using Accenture-branded assets and templates and configure the right system features and functionality to allow a smooth event attendee registration process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Accuracy in the completion of assigned tasks and deadlines, team processes and standard operating procedures
- Consults on event requirements and site features
- Coordinates changes to attendees, waitlists, rooming lists, approvals and capacities w/event owner
- Coordinates site testing and final sign-off with customer
- Creates event reporting package with updated reports
- Follow communication process flow
- Independently Support 8-12 Simple, Medium, and High events at one time with consistent and quality customer support
- Integrates site data with MMS (Salesforce), On24 and Touchcast
- Manages event websites and registration changes
- Manages post-event technology tasks (upload final participant lists, communicate web build hours/fees, complete final billing process form, close-out checklist)
- Sends additional rounds of invitations and communications
- Sends initial invitation and/or provides final site URL
- Sends post-event feedback surveys
- Support taskforces and special projects (as assigned)
- Supports the creation of the event websites and registration, invitations and other emailed communications, per customer requirements
- Updates process forms in a timely manner
- Professional & Technical Skills:
- Indepth Knowledge of Cvent Event Technology and Registration Management
- Knowledge of onsite event technology, and Events Industry and Event lifecycles
- Top Tier Customer Centric Communication Both Verbal and Written
- Customer Success, Customer Service, Project Handling, management
Additional Information:
- The ideal candidate should have worked with Event Technology and have assisted in building or managing Event Registration websites.
