About the Role:
Ballad Media is seeking an exceptionally smart, proactive, and AI-savvy Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO and serve as an extension of their voice, vision, and leadership.
This is not a typical EA role.
This is a high-impact, research-heavy, operational, and creative position where you’ll blend strategy, technology, communication, and execution.
You will support the CEO across research, business development, AI task automation, team coordination, and social media oversight—ensuring every project and directive moves forward with speed, structure, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:1. Research & Intelligence Gathering- Conduct fast, in-depth research across industries, competitors, trends, AI tools and market insights
- Collate data, summarise findings and present actionable recommendations
- Create briefs, reports, decks and strategic notes for CEO-led presentations
2. AI-Driven Productivity & Automation- Identify and implement AI tools to streamline workflows and speed up execution
- Use AI for content creation, research, lead generation, process optimisation, and documentation
- Constantly explore new technologies to support business growth
3. Operations, Delegation & Follow-Ups- Act as the CEO’s voice to ensure teams complete delegated tasks on time
- Track deadlines, project progress, and deliverables across departments
- Coordinate internally to ensure execution is aligned with CEO’s expectations
- Handle confidential information with professionalism & discretion
4. Business Development Support- Research potential leads, clients, partnerships and opportunities
- Assist in outreach planning, email drafting, follow-ups and communication
- Help prepare pitches, proposals and strategic documents
5. Creative & Social Media Support- Assist CEO in managing brand-aligned social media activities
- Draft captions, plan content calendars, manage posting schedules
- Coordinate with design teams to execute visual content
