Why This Role Matters
As our Business Operations Specialist, you’ll play a mission-critical role in ensuring our logistics ecosystem runs smoothly, efficiently, and at scale. You’ll work closely with Merchants and Logistics teams across (first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile operations) —owning everything from partner coordination and SLA performance to exception management and data-driven process improvement. In a business where speed, precision, and delivery success directly impact merchant satisfaction and GMV realization, your contribution will be instrumental in shaping best-in-class eCommerce supply chain execution.
What You’ll Own
- Merchant Support - First POC for Merchants for Operational related queries
- Supply Chain Strategy & Execution – Manage end-to-end ecommerce logistics across pickup, transit, and delivery to ensure seamless daily execution at scale.
- Partner Management – Own relationships with logistics partners; track KPIs like pickup adherence, delivery success rate, RTO, and drive partner performance through regular business reviews.
- Exception Handling & Escalation Management – Proactively manage and resolve logistics exceptions (e.g., delays, damages, and escalations) with speed and a customer-first mindset.
- Data-Driven Optimisation – Leverage analytics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement areas. Build dashboards and reports that power operational excellence and strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner closely with technology, customer support, merchant success, and warehouse teams to drive alignment and resolve friction points across the supply chain.
Who You Are
- 1 - 2years of experience managing eCommerce logistics/supply chain operations.
- Deep understanding of courier KPIs, performance benchmarking, and partner management.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with working knowledge of BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Proven ability to manage operational escalations and exception workflows.
- Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, data-driven environment.
